A sq ft is going to set you back £34.56
A 4 drawer filing cabinet takes about 3sq ft but you need space to pull out the drawers so you are looking at a footprint of 6 sq ft
So that means each filing cabinet is going to cost you £207.36 per annum.
Most offices have at least 4 of these so on that assumption you are looking at a total of £829.44
